My name is Anabel Gutierrez, the new Amarillo Case Manager for Uniting Parents. I joined the staff in June. I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter named Annesa Makayla Chavez. She was diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and speech delay. I’m extremely grateful I found this program and all the great hearted people that work here. I look forward to learning and experiencing new things. It’s awesome to know I’m not alone and us as parents are united. So together we can be strong advocates for our children.
